Grouper can be prepared: broiled (in a garlic parsley butter), blackened, jerk style (Jamaican jerk spice, topped with mango and pineapple), spinach style (baked with spinach, feta, onion, and bacon mix, topped with hollandaise sauce) for additional cost, or topped with crab imperial for market price.
